"Jim, this is nice"

There are certain characters in literature we cherish, and certain relationships too.  I will always remember, for example, my first encounter with Atticus Finch in To Kill a Mockingbird.  Equally as grand to me is the character of Jim.  Nothing compares to the passages between Huck and Jim, in the few quiet moments they enjoy together, far away from the "sivilized" world.

Hi everybody!

I was NOT expecting what happened in chapter 31! I was reading and it was like an intense movie. I want to go into detail about it but maybe some people haven't read it yet so I wont give away the story :P Sorry guys haha

But as soon as we talk about it in class I might post something...

Crazy idea!!!

so today we were talking about wearing a mask and how lonely it is... and while my mind was just wandering off i thought of something really crazy!
We know that there is a book that comes before Huckleberry Finn and its about Tom Sawyer.
What if Mark Twain thought of the two characters to be the same person but with different personalities and "wearing a mask". A type of schizophrenia or something... i know its pretty far fetched but it could be possible...

hey you guys,
ok so it's not for sure yet but magui and i were planning to go to the exibit this saturday so i was wandering who else wanted to come with us so that we can meet up and go together and make it fun (not that the exibit itself won't be fun).
so yeah it was just to say that and i guess just answer on the blog and we can maybe all get lunch together before or something like that
